About the role

Here’s a fantastic opportunity to join an agile, vibrant team of professionals.  The demand for our award-winning work is growing and as a result we are now seeking an experienced Finance Administrator.  In this role, we require someone with a high level of financial skills to primarily process our payroll and support other members of the Operations team as required.  This role mainly encompasses payroll and credit card processing tasks so an understanding of both these areas would be beneficial.  An accounting qualification is a highly desirable.

About You

You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an ability to learn new software packages quickly.  Other software used include Xero accounting software, IMS Payroll, and WorkflowMax project management software.  Knowledge of these software packages would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful applicant if needed.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week).

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised, demonstrate initiative, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, be able to work unsupervised when required, and have a sense of humour.
