Corporate management and governance is provided via the Senior Management Team (including the Executive Directors and Senior Staff) interfacing with the Governing Board (including the Non Executive and Executive Directors).

The Governing Board’s role is to challenge the Senior Management Team as to past performance, expected performance, statutory compliance and corporate commitment.  The Governing Board meets quarterly to measure success against strategic business goals and maintain focus in achieving our vision, mission and maintaining and enhancing our values.

The Senior Management Team guides the company, seeks out opportunities in the market place and extends services to existing and prospective clients.  The Senior Management Team meets monthly to measure performance against targets, including non financial targets and to refine direction and services of the company.
