Think about this for a second: globally, men die six years earlier than women. To make it worse, the reasons are largely preventable. One in eight men across the world will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young men. Three quarters of suicides globally are men. Pretty shocking, right?

To help raise awareness, Abley is pledging to change the face of men’s health for the second year running. This year we have 23 team members either growing moustaches or pledging to walk/run at least 60km over the month. The money we raise this Movember will help fund ground-breaking research, innovative health projects, scientific breakthroughs for cancer treatments and life-changing mental health programs.

So far our dedicated team is almost half way to its targets: a collective move of 1,000 kilometres and a fundraising target of $3,000. We will be finishing off the month with a MoBQ and prizegiving!
