The Christchurch office’s mid-winter do was held this year in the stunning surrounds of Mona Vale. The ‘black and bling’ theme produced an array of shiny, glittery party goers, the gents in dapper suits with slicked back hair and the ladies sparkling their LBD’s and heels. After a very tasty three course meal and delicious wines, the music started with the excellent live band ‘Soul Shine‘. Within five minutes, tentative toe tapping morphed into a leg stamping, hip gyrating, heaving, rock n roll jive of a dancing event which went on for hours. At midnight sweaty and exhilarated we tumbled out ready to move on to the next venue. The next day my aching hips and feet let me know I’m not 20 anymore but nevermind, it was a great night! Until next time Christchurch office – you sure know how to throw a good party. Written by Vanessa Sears, Business Coordinator.
