We are presently growing our work in the UX space and want the successful applicant to lead this area of growth.
We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer with UI/UX experience to contribute to all aspects of design and creative processes and outputs. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience and workflows are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will work with a team on a range of complex digital products for external and internal customers. This role is essential to the success of our business. It requires close working relationships with project teams and customers while working on multiple products simultaneously, so you will need to be self-motivating and self-managing with an inquisitive mind. You may on occasion be asked to complete some in-house graphics work, but the primary focus of this role is around the UI/UX design. You will drive design thinking processes within the company and design thinking workshops with our clients. As you are the sole designer for the projects you work on, it is a great opportunity to really own this space and showcase your talent.
You will inspire positive change, and the tools you provide our clients with, will make a positive impact for them and their stakeholders.
This role can be either full-time or part-time (around 30 hours/week).
